This Co-op is a redevelopment of an existing site & buildings in the centre of Kidlington to provide mixed-use, comprising a Co-op Food store, Post Office and Travel-care unit, with 8 x 2 bedroom apartments above in a converted & renovated building, with a new site access to customer/ resident parking and servicing.

This first Phase of work will be followed by the construction of a new building development on the remainder of the site, to provide 44 x 2 bedroom apartments, in a series of linked blocks, built around service cores, with new external works, to provide a site access, together with car and cycle parking all set within hard/ soft landscaping within the existing street scene.

Construction has been Phased to maintain the Co-ops retail presence in the High Street, Phase 1 completed during 2019, with the new residential development of 44 apartments following on to construction during 2020, completed in 2021.
