We were approached by Hartwell PLC to provide technical services for the construction of their new Ford garage in Watford. This would be a Ford showroom with MOT/servicing workshop and rooftop car storage with an incorporated vehicle lift. The new building would be 1585sqm gross internal area (not including the roof deck car storage).

We started working drawings in July 2017, and proceeded to monitor progress by attending construction meetings on site. The project successfully reached practical completion in July 2018.
