This award winning design by Emoli Petroschka Architects comprises a mixed use development with three commercial/retail units and 26 compact luxury apartments. CHP Architects were employed by Bowmer & Kirkland Building Services Ltd to revise the design to achieve Lewisham’s Space, Environmental and Planning Requirements.The construction techniques were tailor made to suit the tight constraints of the site and detailed to reduce the noise impact of a busy road junction.

A complex project to realise, but the final result has lived up to the original design intent and the project has added to the area around Brockley Station creating a better urban environment.
