Part of the funding for Bletchingdon School came from the Duchy of Cornwall's development of the surrounding site into 40 Private and 18 Affordable houses. The original scheme by Francis Roberts for Duchy Fields creates modern housing drawing on the local and vernacular style and more formal estate Architectures.

Following our successful design and implementation of the school we were asked by the Duchy of Cornwalls Office to be part of the residential development teams and named as Production Architect in the Development agreement. We are currently enjoying a good working relationship with Allen Build and Zero C who are developing the site and first phase of housing is underway.
