Beechcroft Road

Sally and Tony had lived in the property for many years and had done much work to the rest of the house, but had never got round to sorting out the kitchen which was a small room and cut off from the garden. The proposal adds a small utility and downstairs wc - retaining a light well at the centre of the house as a herb garden – then the new kitchen and dining area extends the full width of the back garden with a beautiful Oak frame. The low ceiling over part of the kitchen and brick wall are the corner of the bedroom above – removing the structural wall made all the difference to the openness of the space.
